Said Clyde C. Mitchell was born in Sweeden Valley, in the State of Pennsylvania. When enlisted he was 23 years of age and by ccupation a glass blower. He had Gray eyes, light hair, fair complexion, and was 5 feet 6 inches in height. Given under my hand at Camp Dix New Jersey this 9 day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen. | |
