She had suffered from a heart ailment, but was seriously ill only about a week. The deceased was a daughter of Mr and Mrs Hiram H Whitford and was born on the farm where she died on March 25, 1864. She spent most of her life on the farm and was a member of Hydetown Grange. The body will be taken from the Arnold funeral home to the Thayer residence today, where friends may call and where services will be held at 2 pm Sunday.
