John was employed at the Vivia Foam Co. in Avon as a Truck Driver. He served in the Army from 1959 until 1962. Mr. Ladd is survived by one daughter, Terrie Ladd of Waterloo; one son, Troy (Stacie) Ladd of Bradford, NY, four brothers, Myron of Webster, Oliver of NB, Jack of Dansville and Robert of FL; two sisters, Frances Kuhn of Linwood and Florence Ladd of CA; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends called Monday from 1-3 p.m. at the Chamberlin Funeral Home Inc., 73 Main St., Dansville, where a funeral service was held at 3 p.m. with the Rev. G. Calvin Sheasley officiating. Burial took place in Oakland Hills Cemetery, Oakland, NY. (GCE, May 2, 1996, p4)
