- Bernard J. 'Bunny' Robson, 41, of Leonard Street, Dansville died
Wednesday (June 10, 1992).
Born September 30, 1950, he was the son of Frederick and Evelyn Lamont
Sr. He was married on June 22, 1974 to the former Mary L. Kinney, who
survives.
He owned and operated the Robson Siding and Roofing Business of
Dansville.
He was a 1968 graduate of Dansville Central High School and of St.
John Fisher College in Rochester, where he earned a teaching degree in
math and physics and played on the basketball team. He had been a
coach for the Dansville Little League and the Junior High School
basketball team. He was a member of the Dansville Rod and Gun Club and
the Men's Golf Association and a past member of the Dansville Village
Planning Board, Men's Softball League and the Loyal Order of the
Moose.
In 1991, he was awarded the Alcoa Showcase Award of merit and in 1992
the Vinyl Siding Institute Award of Distinction.
Survivors include two sons, Brad and Dave; two brothers, Frank of
Dansville and Frederick Jr. of Traveres, Fla.; several aunts, uncles,
cousins, nieces and nephews.
Arrangements were by the Chamberlin Funeral Home, Inc. A service was
Saturday at St. Mary's Church with the Rev. Andrew Teuschel
officiating. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bernie Robson Scholarship
