She was born on August 17, 1866 at Birdsall, a daughter of the late Paul C. and Celinda Gregory Dowd. Besides her daughter, Mrs. Miller is survived by a son, Lloyd Miller of Covington and a brother, Harry Dowd of Grawn, Mich. Funeral from the Brooks Funeral Home with the Rev. Ernest Sanderson, pastor of the Methodist Church officiating.
