and J.J. Mooney V.F.W. Post of Hornell. He was a former member of the
Canisteo Fire Department. Charlie enjoyed playing the fiddle and was
one of the founders of the Southern Tier Bluegrass Association. At
the time of his death, he had four daughters and twelve grandchildren.
