  Notes	Lois M. Jacobs, 91, of 1190 Webbs Crossing Road, passed away Tuesday (March 13, 2007) at Spring Hills Regional Hospital in Spring Hills Florida. Born in Waverly, August 25, 1915, the Adopted daughter of Jesse and Claire Evans Stewart, she had resided in West Almond in her early years, and the rest of her life in Hornell. She was a member of the Gospel Tabernacle in Hornell. She was predeceased by her husband, Howard Jacobs in 1978, her son, Loren Jacobs in 2000, and her grandson Robert Carpenter. She is survived by 2 daughters, Dolores Carpenter of Rochester, and Mary Ellen (Robert) Kerr of Spring Hills, Fla. 8 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. The family will be present to receive friends from 1PM to 4PM Friday at the Bender - Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo St, Hornell where funeral services will be held on Saturday 11:00 AM, Rev. Timothy Hammond officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellsville.
