- Harold R. (Mike) Clark, age 65, of Avon died on September 2nd. He was a machine operator at Ontario Metal Co. and previous to that had worked 24 years for the New York Central Railroad in the East Rochester Car Shops. He was a World War II veteran and belonged to the Avon VFW.
Mike is survived by his wife, Jean Bailey Clark; 3 daughters, Mrs. John (Deborah) Fallon of Livonia, Mrs. Frank (Jacqueline) Rubino of LeRoy, Mrs. James (Janet) Dunn of Caledonia; 2 sons, Michael and finance, Laura Burrbank of Geneseo and Thomas (Lynn) of Linwood; 5 grandchildren; Melanie and John Fallon, Travis, Brandon and Justin Clark; several nieces and nephews.
Friends attended a Funeral Service Tuesday at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home, Avon officiated by by Rev. Sheldon Flory. Interment, Avon Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Avon Ambulance Service or the Cancer Society, Geneseo, N.Y. 14454.
