Joe was born in Niagara Falls, N.Y. on June 3, 1934, a son of the late
Edmund J. and Georgianna Roche Kessler. On Feb. 4, 1961, he was
married to Lizzie Fronk, who survives. He was also predeceased by his
sister Ellen Louise Kessler and a daughter-in-law, Shari Kessler.
Joe worked for the former TB Hospital and the Livingston County Campus
in Mt. Morris as a plumber for 25 years, retiring in 1989. He was a
U.S. Army veteran. He was a social member of the Protectives Co. #1 of
the Dansville Fire Dept., the NYS Sheriff
