  Notes	BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - Evelyn Ellen (Poore) Ferrin, 89, of Broken Arrow, formerly of Scio, died Tuesday (Aug. 23, 2005). She was born Jan 20, 1916, the daughter of Lester Townsend and Flava (Evans) Townsend in Scio. In 1950 she was married to Charles Ferrin who predeceased her. She retired after many years as a self-employed tax preparer. Survivors include a niece, Betty Zeltwanger of Canisteo; a cousin, Edward Bartlett of Allentown; a great-niece, Joann Dean of Macedon; and a great-nephew, Thomas Zeltwanger of Hornell; along with a host of friends. She was predeceased by one sister, Onolyn Gibson who resided in Angelica. A graveside service under the direction of the Floral Haven Funeral Home, was held Saturday at the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, The Garden of Apostles with the Rev. Bill Fent officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the hospice of the donor's choice.
