  Notes	GROVELAND-DANSVILLE - Sarah J. Mastin, 85, of Dansville, formerly of Groveland died Tuesday, March 2, 1999 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Doris and Richard Scott. She was born in Dansville on October 23, 1913. Sarah was the widow of Percy Mastin who preceded her death in 1987. In her earlier years Mrs. Mastin had been employed at Champion Products and the Dansville Hospital. She is survived by her children, Arthur (Winifred) Mastin of Groveland, James (Lenora) Mastin of Tuscarora, Stanley (Deanna) Mastin of West Sparta, Joanne (James) Scott of Dansville, and Doris (Richard) Scott of Dansville; three brothers, Gerry (Irene) Pfuntner of Honeoye, Willard (Donna) Pfuntner of Sparta, and Samuel Pfuntner of DeLeon Springs, Fla.; sisters-in-law, Mary Mastin of Mt. Morris, and Loretta Wilson of Caledonia; also surviving are 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Friends called Thursday and Friday at the Chamberlin Funeral Home Inc., 73 Main St., Dansville where a funeral service was held Saturday with the Rev. David Hotchkiss officiating. Burial took place in Lakeview Cemetery, Groveland. Donations may be made to the Dansville Ambulance, Dansville, NY 14437 or the Southern Tier Hospice, 244 West Water St., Elmira, NY 14901.
