Name Russell Edwin Harrison Gender Male Notes - Russell Edwin Harrison, graduated in Civil Engineering in 1905 from The University of Michigan, and was the design engineer for the Water Works in Grand Rapids, MI. His name is on a plaque on the outside of this red brick structure that is being turned into a museum from what I understand. This was a water treatment plant,significant in its time. (Ann M.
