She was born in Johnson City March 18, 1922 to John and Boldina Delzer Michaletz. She married Earl M Hendee in 1939. She was a member of the Sidney Fire department auxillary and the Sidney United Methodist Church. Surviving besides her husband is a daughter, Mrs Charles Bordon of Sidney; teo sons, Earl JR of Mt Upton and Richard of Houston TX. She leaves a sister, Mrs Howard (Evangeline) Cuyle of Bainbridge; four brothers, Marvin of Oneonta, Leland of Afton, Leonard of Montrose PA and John of Bainbridge; a stepson, Jack Hendee of Las Vegas NV. Services were Monday from the CH Lander's chapel in Sidney with the Rev Dwight Giles in charge. Burial will be in the Prospect Hill cemetery, Sidney. Memorial gifts in her name may be made to the Sidney Emergency squad.
