All real and personal property to be sold. After debts and legacies are paid, residue to be divided into nine equal shares. Two of such shares to each of sons, Jacob and Joseph, and to children of John, dec’d. One share to each of daughters, Anna, Mary and Mercy. Executors—2 sons, Jacob, Joseph and son-in-law, John Farlee. Witnesses—George Rea, Samuel Downing, Jr., George Maxwell. Proved Jan. 8. 1817.
