- Marsh was granted 160 acres of land in Arkansas for his service in the US Army during the war. The land is located Section 7 of township 7 North in Range 8 West in the Tract appreciated for Military bounties in the Arkansas Territory - dated November 27, 1820. This land is about 10 miles west of the current Searcy, Arkansas (White County).
We don't know if Marsh ever settled here, or what became of him after 1820.
