  Notes	Killed in a car accident in Wellsville on Rte 17 railroad overpass west of Andover - within 30 feet of where his daughter, Dolores, was killed a year earlier. "Mr. Allen was born in the northeastern Allegany County Town of Burns a son of William Allen and Vilata Blank Allen. Moving from Canaseraga, he had resided in Wellsville since 1928 and he had been a retired employee of the former Sinclair Oil Refining Co. Most recently he had been custodian of Island Park, Wellsville. Surviving are two sons: Bernard J. Allen of Wellsville, and Wesley D .Allen of Columbia NJ; a sister Mrs. Bertha Schumberg of Hornell, and four grandchildren. He attended First Methodist Church.
