Betty was born January 1, 1922, in Westfield, the daughter of the late Silas and Rhema Weidman Boom. She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Betty was a homemaker, dental hygienist, and proprietor of Back Door Antiques. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Wellsboro. Surviving are her sons and daughter-in-laws, Craig and Bonnie Kerrick, Cape Neddick, Maine and Scott and Laura Kerrick, Plymouth, Michigan; granddaughter, Courtney , Burlington, Vermont; two great-grandchildren and several nieces
and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2013, 2:00 PM St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Wellsboro with the Rev. Canon Gregory Hinton officiating. Burial in Wellsboro Cemetery. Local arrangements by Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., "A Life Celebration Home", 139 Main Street, Wellsboro, PA.
