Born in the Town of Sparta, he had owned and operated the former Harvey Specialty Shop in Wayland for many years. He moved to Florida 15 years ago where he operated a television repair shop.
Mr. Harvey was a member of the F&AM of Wayland, the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of the Damascus Shrine Temple of Rochester.
Surviving are his wife, Edith M. Harvey; two step-daughters, Mrs. Marie Marquis of Orange City and Mrs. Dorothy Campbell of West Bath, Me.; a step-son, Ralph Wright of Carol Stream, Ill.; and seven grandchildren.
