  Notes	LIVONIA/AVON -- Clarence N. Fries, 95, of Livonia, formerly of Avon, died Jan. 16, 2000. He was born in Dansville on Nov. 2, 1904 the son of Henry and Eva Knapp Fries. He lived in Dansville until 1945 when he and his family moved to Avon where he became the farm manager for the Case family until his retirement. He was predeceased by his wife C. Violet Fries in 1995.He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Lois Fries of Hilton, Barbara and Sanford Luce of Dansville, Joyce and Dick Sweet of North Chili, Jane and Jack Neubeck of Avon and Jeanette Stevens of North Carolina; sons and daughters-in-law, Howard and Linda Fries of Avon and Jon and Marjorie Fries of Livonia; several grandchildren and great-grand-children.
