Dear listers,
I have had a lot of success lately tracing back the ancestors of
William
Curry, b 1748, Westchester, NY, who married Charity Lockwood.
His father was William Curry, b 1718, who married Abigail.
His father was John Cuer/Cure/Kure/Kuer/Kuur (spelled all these ways
in the
records), who married 28 Sep 1701 in NYC, Gerritje Cozyns (also
spelled Cousine/Cozine/Cosine).
Gerritje's parents was Gerrit Cozyns, b 1640 NYC, and Beeltie Jacobse
Quick.
Gerrit's parents were Cozyn Gerritse and Vrouwtie Gerrits.
Beeltie's parents were Jacob Theuniszen Quick and Neeltje Cornelius
Van
Amsterdam.
Jacob Quick's parents were Theunis Thomaszen Quick and Belijtgen
Jacobs Vam Vlecksteyn.
