Hoffman of Angelica died Friday night, December 17, 1965 in Cuba Memorial Hospital, following a long illness. Born on April 30, 1912, at Angelica, he was th son of Edward Hoffman and the late Vilate Hartman Hoffman. Mr. Hoffman was a lift-truck operator for the S.K.F. Company, Hornell. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Angelica and the Angelica Fire Department. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Bernice Hallock Hoffman; four daughters, Mrs. Arlene Mott of Angelica, Mrs. Ida Bentley of Short Tract, Miss Lorraine Hoffman of Rochester and Miss Delores Hoffman, Angelica, a son Ronald Hoffman of Angelica; his father; a brother Lincoln A. Hoffman of Angelica; a sister, Mrs. Marie Cannon of Rochester and eight grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Burt Funeral Home, Angelica, with Rev. David Stone, pastor of the first Baptist Church officiating. Burial was in Until The Day Dawn Cemetery, Angelica.
