  Notes	At the advanced age of ninety years th e death of Sidney Hadley, Sr., occurred, at the home of his son in this place on last Thursday, Mr. Hadley had for many years been a resident of Harrisburg. He was an industrious man and made many improvements on the farm on which he lived. The funeral occurred on Saturday, the services were held at Spaulding School house and the burial took place at Eells cemetery. (The Steuben Courier, Bath, NY, Friday, March 17, 1893)
