  Notes	Henry A. Maynard, who worked the Chas. Bevier farm just south of the Erie station died Sunday afternoon from injuries he received the day before. On Saturday afternoon while unloading hay the rope to the hay fork broke letting the fork and hay fall onto him, breaking his neck. He lived just twenty-four hours after the accident. Mr. and Mrs. Maynard came here last March from Dalton and besides his wife he is survived by three children, Mrs. John Davis and Calvin Maynard of Hornell and Mrs. Cora Baldwin of Birdsall. He was 68 years of age. Rev. C. W. Heminway conducted a prayer service at his home Monday morning and the remains were taken to Arkport where funeral services were held, and burial took place Tuesday.
