- She was a 50-year plus member of the Dansville Presbyterian Church, serving as secretary to the minister for several years. Member and past Royal Matron of Kate J. Jackson Court No. 39 Order of Amaranth. She was a cub scout den mother, enjoyed bowling, cards, her flower gardens and was an avid reader. For many years she was a bookkeeper for Culbertson's Nurseries until her husband's retirement in 1980. Surviving are two daughters, Nancy (Donald) Conklin of Dansville, Carol Jean (Frank) Gottschall of Rochester and one son, James (Linda) Culbertson of Dansville; seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Charles (Viola) Culbertson and sister, Georgia Callahan of Florida. Friends may call Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Chamberlin Funeral Home, Inc., 73 Main St., Dansville, where services will be held Saturday (Jan. 20, 2001) at 11 a.m. with the Rev. David Hotchkiss officiating. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery, Dansville.
