    • The deed transfer of 1768 from Jacob to his wife, Mehitable and son Benjamin in Dighton of 56 acres state that it is from his mother, Hannah's inheritance (the third - for the widow). This helps prove the connection from Jacob Pool (1715) to his Benjamin Pool (~1679), also in the deed mentions the land borders Elizabeth Pool (daughter of Benjamin Pool, dec'd) - This would be Jacob's brother Benjamin and his niece Elizabeth (only child of Benjamin). This deed is also significant as it ties the land to the original Pool lots and Isaac and Joseph Pool in 1708.
