- ALLEN, Wesley, b. Feb 13, 1842, W. Almond, NY. Parents - Wessen ALLEN and Sally Ann STEWART. He was a Private in the 188th regiment, company B, and enlisted in Victor, Ontario, on September 15, 1864 for 1 year. He enlisted in Ontario County, Bounty $1000, Discharged on July 13, 1865. Single, farmer. Pages 30-31. After the War Wes returned to Almond for two years then moved to Potter County,PA. 1880 living in Eulalia with wife Anna and sister-in-law Libbie Mitchell, and niece Cora Mitchell. 1900 living in Eulalia,Potter Co.,PA with his wife Ann. working as a farmer.
