"Four Families in America" by John Robert Camp and Emily Patch Camp (pgs 1-8) gives the b. as 1558 also, but d. on 25 Dec 1636. An alt. source gives marriage year as 1577. Still another rec. suggests that there were 3 wifes in all. Jane Patch may have been Jane OWSLEY. However, one son married an Elizabeth OWSLEY.
