  Notes	Frederick Culbertson, 53, of West Sparta died Tuesday (Oct. 14, 1986) in West Sparta. Born Dec. 28, 1932, in Webster, he was a life resident of the West Sparta-Dansville area and had owned and operated a farm in West Sparta. Surviving are his wife, Betty Culbertson; two sons, Gerald of Dade City, Fla., and Jeffery of West Sparta; two daughters, Ann of Bradford, Pa., and Cheryl of Hamburg; his mother, Eleanor Culbertson of Dansville; a sister, Barbara Mitchell of Dansville; nieces and nephews. A memorial service was conducted Friday afternoon in the Dansville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Calvin Sheasley officiating. Burial was in Oaklawn Cemetery, West Sparta, with arrangements by the Chamberlin Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dansville Ambulance Fund or the Mt. Morris Ambulance Fund.
