    Notes 
    • First settled in Gilsum, NH before 1785, and he was one of the petitioners for the incorporation of the town of Orange from Keene, NH, dated 22Aug1786. About 1791 he removed to Grafton Vermont and a few years later brought a team and wagon to Lancaster Mass to help his brother, Thomas, move from Lancaster Mass to Grafton Vermont in 1796 (Thomas later moved to Pittsford about 1804). Ebenezer finally moved to Pittsford Vermont in the Spring of 1830 and unfortunately died less than a month later.
