Hendee, late of the town of Dansville, Steuben County, New York, deceased, greeting; You are hereby cited and required to appear before our Surrogate of our county of Steuben, in our Surrogate Court, on the 1st day of December, 1880, at two o'clock in the forenoon of that day, at City Hall, in the village of Hornellsville, then and there to attend the judicial settlement of the accounts of Peter Kridler, as executor of the last will and testament of the said deceased. In testimony whereas we have caused the seal of office of our said Surrogate to be hereunto affixed. Witness, Guy H. McMaster, Surrogate of the said county, at Bath, this 13th day of September, in the year our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty. Charles H. McMaster, Clerk to the Surrogate Court.
