  Notes	Esther Irene Bennett, 83, of Carney Hollow Road in Springwater died Wednesday (Aug. 2, 1989) in the Livingston County Skilled Nursing Facility at Geneseo following a long illness. Born Mar. 27, 1906, in Sparta, a daughter of Burt and Gertrude Palmer Taylor, she was married to Samuel Bennett who died in 1978. She was a member of the Wayland Kingdom Hall. Surviving are eight sons, Charles of Springwater, Samuel of Pittsford, Edward, Albert, Harold and William, all of Perry, John of Dansville and David of Geneseo; four daughters, Geraldine Harrison of Dansville, Irene Layland of Nunda, Grace Mitchell of Springwater and Betty Jean Shockey of Denver, Colo.; 40 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A service was conducted in the Chamberlin Funeral Home of Dansville Saturday morning. Burial was in Arnold Cemetery, Conesus. Memorial contributions may be made to the Springwater Ambulance Fund.
