  Notes	At the time Helen was married she was a teacher residing in Spencerport,NY Mrs. Howard (Helen) VanWagnen of West Sparta died in her home yesterday (Oct. 19, 1966) following a long illness. She was 76. Mrs. VanWagnen was born in Spencerport but had lived in West Sparta for the past 45 years. She was a member of the Tuscarora Presbyterian Church, the Nimble Fingers Unit of Livingston County Home Extension Service, the West Sparta Grange, Livingston County Pomona Grange and New York State and National Grange. Surviving are her husband; two sons, Donald of West Sparta and Robert of Batavia; a sister, Mrs. Harriet Whitton of Lakeland, Fla.; nine grandchildren; a nephew. Friends may call at the Chamberlin Funeral Home today and tomorrow. A funeral service will be conducted in the Tuscarora Presbyterian Church at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Village Cemetery, Mt. Morris. (Genesee Country Express, October 20, 1966)
