Adaline, Harriett Ella, Samuel and Alfred. Samuel died young. Michael was raised on his father's plantation in the western part of Moore Twp., Northampton Co, PA. This plantation was located between Youngsville and Emanuelsville. Michael and Elizabeth were 2nd cousins once removed. She was a granddaughter of John Dieter and Margaretha Schall and a great granddaughter of Hans William and Elizabeth Beer Dieter. Captain John in his will mentioned Michael among his 5 sons who were to share his estate with all his children.
