  Notes	Oscar A. Pike, 86, of Dansville RD 3, died Monday (Jan. 28, 1981) Noyes Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. Born in the Town of Ossian, Mr. Pike had lived in this area all of his life. He was a retired farmer and had owned and operated his own farm in West Sparta. Survivors include three sons, Nelson of Nunda, Louis of Dansville, and Robert of Dalton; three daughters, Mrs. Miriam (Betty) Shaver of Dansville, Mrs. Norman Rank of Victor, and Mrs. Shirley Case of Canaseraga; 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and several foster grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. today in the Chamberlin Funeral Home. Burial will be in West View Cemetery, Town of Ossian. Friends wishing may contribute to the Dansville Ambulance Fund, or the West Sparta Methodist Church.(GCE, January 29, 1981, p4)
