Naples, N. Y. - James Sims, a resident of the town for 30 years, died on Sunday, aged 75 years. He was a successful farmer, and owned and occupied the old Maxfield homestead on Cohocton Street. Having lost his wife some years ago, and without children, he was left alone. Two adopted children, whom he had reared from childhood, had married and left. He left relatives, who will doubtless inherit his property.
