She was the widow of Henry Eiffert, who died in 1983.
Born in Throop, daughter of the late Freeman Clark and Lillian Kitchner Walker, she was a homemaker and a former member of the former Immanuel Baptist Church.
When she was 11 years old, she survived a 40-foot fall from Ontario Mountain, Peckville, landing upon rocks at the bottom of a cliff and suffering severe injuries.
Surviving are a daughter, Carol Hazelton, Clarks Summit; a sister, Shirley Romanini, Scranton; a brother, John Walker, Hanover Township; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Harry, Carl and William Walker; three sisters, Bertha Walton, Lillian Conrad and Mary Rodney; a granddaughter and a great-grandson.
The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Davies and Jones Funeral Chapel, 135 S. Main Ave., with services by the Rev. William Meirop, pastor, Jackson Street Baptist Church. Interment, Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst.
Friends may call Tuesday, 7 to 9 p.m.
