  Notes	Mrs. Fred Makeley Passes At Her Home Sunday Mrs. Sadie Stuart Makeley, wife of Fred Makeley, died at her home following a long illness, Sunday, August 26. Although her death came suddenly at the end, she was 82 years of age. Mrs. Makeley was born in West Union, but had resided in Almond for the past 40 years. She was a past president of the 20th Century Club and of the Agatha class of the Almond Union of Churches. Had Mrs. Makeley lived until Sept. 20th, she and Mr. Makeley would have celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary. Survivors include her husband, two daughters, Mrs Howard Fritz and Mrs. Allen Witter, both of Almond; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the family home Wednesday at 2:30 pm with the Rev. Arthur Guild officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Almond.
