  Notes	MRS. ANNA M. STEWART OF ALMOND IS DEAD Well Known Resident Succumbs to Long Illness. Funeral to be Held at Almond Sunday Mrs. Anna M. Stewart, 74 years old, widow of the late Alvin Stewart, well known and respected resident of Almond, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred Makeley of that village yesterday. She has been in failing health for the past few years and for several months had been in a serious condition. The deceased was a member of the Methodist church of Almond and very active until her health prevented. She was widely known in the community and had a large circle of friends. Besides her daughter, with whom she lived, she is survived by one son, F. L. Stewart of Perry; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The funeral will take place Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the Makeley home with burial following in Woodlawn cemetery; Almond. (Evening Tribune-Times, Hornell,NY, Saturday, September 15, 1928)
