  Notes	MRS. JESSE SEELY NORFOLK, Va. - Mrs. Eunice 0. Seely, a former resident of Bolivar, N.Y., died Sunday (Dec. 19, 1971) in Norfolk. Mrs. Seely was born Feb. 12, 1891, at Oswayo, Pa., a daughter of Phillip and Ophetia Evingham. She had been a resident of Bolivar for 29 years. She was a member of the Trilby Rebekah Lodge of Bolivar. Surviving are a son, Roy Seely of Norfolk; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Harry Evingham of Belmont, N.Y. Friends may call at the Embser Funeral Home, 17 Schuyler St., Belmont, Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral services will be held there Friday (Dec. 24,1971) at 2 p.m. The Rev. J. Fay Cleveland, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Belmont, will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Belmont. (Olean Times Herald, Wednesday, December 22, 1971)
