- KILLED BY THE CARS
Kirk Curry, formerly of Trumansburg, was killed on the West Shore road in Newark Friday night. He was making a visit with the yard crew, and was helping to make up a freight train, when the yard engine jumped the track at a switch and jammed Curry between the cars, completely crushing him. He had recently moved to Newark from Rochester, and leaves a wife and child. Curry's remains were brought to Trumansburg Sunday night and the funeral took place to-day at the residence of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Curry.
