- Mrs. Anna C. Haynes Laid to Rest Today
The funeral of Mm, Anna C. Haynes, aged 52, former matron of the State Odd Fellows home here, who died Thursday of typhoid fever after six months illness, took place this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the late residence, No. 118 Park avenue, Myrtle Rebekah lodge. No.34, I. O. O. F. conducted the services at the house. The Rev. Walter L. Hazen, of Williamsville. formerly of this city, officiated and was assisted by the Rev. Stewart M. Robinson, new pastor of the First Presbyterian church. Althea Snedikler and Ina Hoffman sang two hymns.
Burial was in Glenwood cemetery. The bearers were Frederick F. Lansill of Buffalo, former president of the Odd Fellows home; John Dow, Samuel T. Argue, Grant Pugh, George Bewley and Clesson Outwater, all prominent in Odd Fellow life in Lockport.
