  Notes	Buena Vista Farmer Is Claimed by Death Thomas Hooey, 65, Succumbs Suddenly at Home, Funeral Services on Wednesday Canisteo, May 2—Thomas Hooey, 65, a prominent farmer, died suddenly at his home at Buena Vista early Sunday morning. He had been in poor health for about nine months but was believed to have been enjoying excellent health the day before his death. Mr. Hooey was born in Howard, the son of Alexander Hooey and Sarah Stewart. He passed most of his life in the vicinity of Buena Vista. He was an active member of the Buena Vista Grange. He is survived, by his wife, Fanetta Stewart Hooey; a daughter, Mrs. Charles Kent of Howard; a son, Robert Hooey of Howard; a brother, William Hooey of Penn Yan. A prayer service will be held at the home Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. Joseph B. McClintock officiating. Services at the Buena Vista Church will be held at 2:30 p. m.
