Name Edward Coburn Birth 18 May 1849 Hornellsville, Steuben County, New York
Gender Male Death 6 Mar 1932 Charleston, Tioga County, Pennsylvania
Burial Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Westfield, Tioga County, Pennsylvania
Notes - Polly (Allen) Burdett said he had smallpox when he was young and his skin was scared from it. She said he was either full blooded or half Indian with a very dark complexion and looked better when he was older, but his Indian features became more pronounced. She said he was kind of lazy around the house. He married another woman about 1909 after his wife, Sophronia died, and visited John Stanley's family, at the time living on Main St. in Hornell while on his honeymoon - Polly said all she remembers is all the giggling into the late hours of the night at the house - remembered it well because folks just didn't didn't carry on like that at the time..
