  Notes	Maxwell Millard is the son of Noah Millard and Jane Maxwell. He left Rhode Island before 1798 where a marriage to Phebe Adams is recorded in a meeting of Saratoga Society of Friends. They lived in Palmyra, Ontario County, NY where there were friends and family. There son Samuel Foster Millard married about 1830 and within a few years migrated to Victor, Clinton County, Michigan.
