Mrs. Nancy C. Blackwood, 70, Lexington, died Sunday night at 8:10 at Jackson Clinic in Lester after an illness of three years.
She was a lifelong resident of Lauderdale County. Mrs. Blackwood leaves one son, William J. Blackwood of Lawrenceburg, Tenn., two daughters, Mrs. O. F. White of Lexington, Mrs. S. E. Hunt of Florence; two brothers, W. T. Trapp of Anderson, B. F. Trapp of Minor Hill, Tenn.
Final rites were conducted this afternoon at 2 p.m. at the grassy Cumberland Presbyterian church, with burial following in the Grassy Cemetery. Rev. Wendell Hinz, pastor, officiating.
Spry of Florence was in charge of arrangements.
