  Notes	Funeral Rite Thursday for Mrs. D. Smith Mrs. Douglas (Onnalee Osborne) Smith of 13 Sylor St. died in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, yesterday (Jan. 4, 1965). She was 45. A Monroe County Medical examiner has issued a certificate of death by suicide from an overdose of medicine. Born in Hammondsport, she had resided in Dansville for the past 25 years. Mrs. Smith was a member of the Presbyterian Church and was affiliated with Beta Sigma Phi sorority. Surviving are her husband; a son, Jeffery Horr of Dansville; two daughters, Mrs. Sharleen Hartman and Mrs. Sharon Dixon, both of Dansville; four grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Esther Casey of Bath, Mrs. Freeda Speciale of Hammondsport and Miss Hazel Osborne of Bath; a brother, Paul Osborne of Hammondsport. Friends may call at the Chamberlin Funeral Home where a funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. The Rev. Robert McKee will officiate. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery.
