    Notes
    • Daughter of Uriah L. and Martha Harris.. He(Uriah) last found living with Frank and Mary Hallock as a Brother-in-law.... Nancy only child found... Married Thomas Ellott.. 9 children including a infant son who died in May of 1883..Soon after Thomas went to jail or a home for his issues.. Minerva possibly divorced Thoas around the same time..A nurse was hired to look after the children and Thomas and she ended up marrying Thomas around 1885 or 1886..Thomas and his second wife had 2 sons including Homer(1888).. Thomas's second wife Gladice Hand Elliott died in 1893 from Cancer(Black Lung,Black Tit).. Around 1895 Thomas and Minerva got back together and she raised his 2 sons..The second wife is said to of raised Minerva's youngest 4 or 5 children... Thomas continued to have issues and was in and out of the picture constantly..In 1910 Minerva(misspelled) is living in Olean with her step-son Homer and his wife Maude Burrows Elliott... In 1909 Minerva's youngest daughter Caroline died from TB and she was buried with her Brother Harris who had died in 1883... In March of 1927 Minerva herself died from Cancer and was buried with her son and daughter.. When Thomas died in 1933 he was living with relatives up Bell Run PA. and the family did not have the money to transport him to Portville where he wanted to be buried and was buried in Bell Run Cemetery with his second wife Gladice near her family... Parts of the family still believes that Gladice was the only Mother but that is disproved by the 1880 census..Minerva probably had her own issues and died at the county home or another care facility but her husband's family had the care to bring her back and place her with her children..By 1932 most of that side of the family was gone and the lots were full, Hence another reason for Thomas to be buried in Bell Run..
